An awards ceremony for this year’s best LexisNexis conference speakers took place as part of the event.
The awards categories included AML, Innovation, Compliance, Legal Issues – Law Firms, Legal Issues – Corporations, Economic Security, Technology, and Popularization of Modern Business Instruments among Academic Community. There was also a special nomination, LexisNexis User Experience. The winners were determined by a survey of the participants.
Yuriy Bortnikov, head of VEGAS LEXInternational Project Group, and Kirill Trukhanov, Head of Dispute Resolution, were awarded in the Legal Issues – Law Firms category.

The discussions brought together major Russian and international businesses.
In 2012-2013, VEGAS LEX and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers) conducted a nationwide research project, Anti-corporate Fraud Practices.
