Legal opinion on investment law is prepared

In January 2005, Vegas-Lex attorneys prepared a legal opinion for Techsnabexport, JSC on the investment laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  The opinion identified and analyzed the legal risks to Russian investors of acquiring large shareholdings inKazakhstan companies and made practical recommendations to eliminate these risks.
