A recognized expert in public-private partnership and infrastructure projects, Mr. Eganyan will moderate the roundtable Public-private partnership: an infrastructural panacea? The discussion will focus on the current problems Russia is struggling with and important aspects of infrastructure development.
The participants will include Leningrad Region government Alexander Drozdenko, Igor Koval, head of the investment policy and PPP department at the Economic Development Ministry, Pavel Seleznyov, head of the PPP committee at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Natalia Khanzhonkova, managing director for Russia of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Alexei Chichkanov, executive vice-president and head of the Public-Private Partnership Center at Gazprombank, and Anatoly Gavrilenko, general director of the Leader investment management company.
