Vegas-Lex attorneys won a case for Cargill South LLCIn November 2004, Vegas-Lex attorneys won a case at trial in the Arbitration Court of Rostov Province on behalf of Cargill South LLC (the Krasnodar Region representative office of Cargill, the major American grain company) against Kuberlekhleboprodukt JSC (which operates silos in Rostov Province). Our client petitioned the court to order Kuberlekhleboprodukt JSC to return about 177 tons of wheat it held in storage. The defendant did not appeal, and a writ of execution will be delivered to the client in the near future. |
