The Department for International Trade at the British Consulate, with the support of the law firm Supreme Court of Arbitration, invites you to a seminar as part of a visit by a delegation of British companies to Krasnodar, on the application of English law in Russia.

• Changes to Russian civil legislation: legal instruments borrowed from English law
• Arbitration vs Litigation in an international context
• Practical advantages of English arbitration for Russian companies
• Cases with a foreign element in Russian courts: topical issues and specific aspects of their treatment
