VEGAS LEX at Avtodor strategy session on Russian highways and freeways development by 2030On November 20, 2015, Samara will host a strategy session, Russian Highways and Express Freeways Network by 2030, organized by the Avtodor State Company and the government of the Samara Region. VEGAS LEX Partner, Chairman of the Board of Partners Albert Eganyan will moderate one of the key working group discussions on Funding options, organization and legal model for the development of Russia’s express freeway network and facilities along regional roads. The participants will also discuss the functional and technical parameters of the highways and express freeways network, the specifics of PPP projects, the possibilities of integrating regional projects, and others. The session will include presentations of regional projects implemented in the Samara and Saratov Regions and the Udmurt Republic*.
