On December 6, 2016, Pravo.Ru announced the results of its annual ranking of law firms operating in Russia, Pravo.Ru-300*, during a special ceremony.

VEGAS LEX was recognized as a leader in three categories:

• Antimonopoly law – Tier 1
• Commercial dispute resolution – Tier 1
• PPP – Tier 1

The firm’s performance was also noted in the following categories:

• Bankruptcy – Tier 2
• Intellectual property – Tier 2
• Commercial real estate / Construction – Tier 2
• Corporate law/M&A – Tier 2

• Natural resources/Energy – Tier 2

VEGAS LEX was ranked 6^th among the Top 50 law firms in Russia in terms of income.

VEGAS LEX was ranked 5^th among the Top 50 law firms in Russia in terms of the number of lawyers employed.

* Pravo.Ru-300 is the most comprehensive and consistent Russian survey of the legal services market and a valuable tool for courts in assessing the proficiency of litigators. The rating is based on the 2015 data, except the lawyers’ professionalism rating, which was evaluated as of August 2016. The rating system has been changed significantly in 2016; in particular, new industries were added for evaluation; a quorum criterion was introduced for the areas of law, and a mandatory survey of every law firm’s clients to assess their satisfaction with the quality of services rendered.
