Judicial practice on corporate issues: recent decisions and relevant precedentsOn 03 February 2016, Senior Associate of Corporate Practice at the VEGAS LEX Law Firm Alexander Garmaev spoke at the seminar entitled “Key Corporate Procedures”, organized by the magazine Aktsionernoye Obshchestvo (Joint Stock Company).
