November 17th, 2011 Partner, Director of Regional Development, and Maxim Grigoriev, Head of Krasnodar Office, participated in the round table of Rostov financiers club. The participants gathered to discuss the urgent issues for the business community in the anticipation of the coming New Year: "Business Trends 2012. Management during change time".

Experts told the businessmen about legal trends in 2012. In particular, they presented a forecast for the crisis impacts on the regional business (growing number of disputes and judicial work, increasing importance of M&A, decrease in outsourcing, etc.); they drew the attention of the audience to the branches of law that would be in demand in the near future and to the ones that would experience decline in demand. They also shared his views on general business trends, including growing economic role of the regions, the emergence of new regional companies of the 'federal level', the most active development of several sectors of the economy, and development of infrastructure projects.
