- Significant work experience in investment-construction holding in Moscow, positions of a lawyer and Legal Service Manager (5 years)
Projects - Preparation of development contract versions for a major developer in order to achieve efficient implementation of investment projects in Moscow and in the regions; preparation of investment contract for a foreign investor related to construction of an office and hotel complex in Moscow
- Preparation and follow-up of transactions aimed at the acquisition of land plots development rights in Moscow and in the regions for the purposes of hypermarkets construction by a major developer with foreign participation
- Participation in the development of the concept of using public and private partnership tools for the implementation of a major integrated territory development project in Sverdlovsk Region (9 million sq. m) by a major private investor-developer
- Legal support of general contractor selection procedure and procedure for relations' regulation between the developer (client) and the general contractor in the course of major residential and non-residential construction projects implementation, development of contractor agreements based on elaborated construction risk minimization methods (using the risk matrix of investment-construction partners)
- Participation within a legal consultant's team in legal support of tender organization aimed at gaining the right of concession agreement conclusion connected with Pulkovo airport upgrading in the interests of one of the consortium members
- Comprehensive counseling and due diligence study for the acquisition of interest in the Charter Capital of business entities in Moscow and in the region for the purpose of residential and non-residential construction projects implementation, including downtown Moscow (on land plots assigned to a Federal State Unitary Enterprise) and acquisition of land plots in Moscow Region
- Legal analysis and issuing legal opinion on major investment project implementation at the expense of private investments on the plot granted to a Federal State Institution in Moscow
- Issuing legal opinion for a major developer (Moscow) on the methods of fundraising for apartment houses' construction
- Successful disputes' resolution in the arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction in connection with the matters related to construction and investment activities and title to real estate facilities (more than 30 successful cases)
