Developing organizational and legal infrastructure for comprehensive investment projects included in the Federal Target Programme “Modernization of the Transport System of Russia” (including Comprehensive development of the Murmansk transport hub, Comprehensive development of the Novorossiysk transport hub, setting up a dry-cargo zone at the Taman Seaport, developing the Vostochny-Nakhodka Transport Hub, developing a transport hub in Yekaterinburg, creating the Sviyazhsky inter-regional multimodal logistics centre, creating a multimodal universal transport and logistics hub – the Rostov universal port).
Legal support for Gazpromregiongaz OJSC in transactions designed to acquire regional gas distribution companies with respect to structuring the transactions and obtaining clearance from the RF Federal Antimonopoly Service.
Protecting British Airways and a number of international air carriers against the tax claims arising from gaps in interpreting international treaties and Russian tax laws (including clarifications from the finance and transport ministries of Russia and the UK, judicial protection) Setting up and providing legal support to a Russian branch of MTD, an international corporation (incorporation, contractual framework, export and import operations).
Advising on protections against mala fide suppliers for SanInbev OJSC (setting requirements on contractors to avoid tax risks; dispute resolution) Contributing to positive case law generated by the federal arbitrazh courts and the RF Supreme Arbitrazh Court (for more than 20 companies of AO-energo belonging to BE-1 and BE-2 of RAO UES of Russia against recovery of outstanding loans issued by the RF Finance Ministry under special-purpose programmes).
