ООО STEKLONIT Management belongs to the STEKLONIT group of companies, which is one of Russia’s biggest enterprises producing and selling fiberglass and geo-synthetic materials. The Project:

Project description:
In connection with Russia’s mechanism for legislatively establishing mandatory requirements on output, manufacturing processes, operation, storage, transportation, disposal, performance of work and provision of services, the activities of enterprises are regulated by the requirements and standards in the sphere of technical regulation.
Within the scope of the Project, Vegas Lex considered matters relating to the system of technical regulation in the Russian Federation as a whole, the main stages in and the procedure for elaboration of technical regulations, as well as the specifics of the mandatory requirements in the spheres of application of the enterprise’s output.
In addition, the Vegas Lex attorneys analysed experience of developing drafts of special technical regulations.
