Legal support for the investment Project “Organisation of production of integrated circuits on 300 mm plates with a design standard of 65-45 mn3”.

December 2007– present day

Within the scope of the Project, it is intended to build a plant to produce high-tech circuits with the assistance of a technological partner.
The estimated cost of the Project amounts to 58 427 million roubles, including resources of the Investment Fund of the Russian Federation in the amount of 26 293 million roubles. It is planned to allocate the budget investments as contributions to the authorised equity capital of OJSC Citronix-Nanotechnology. The ultimate state-owned stake in the capital of OJSC Citronix-Nanotechnology will be 46%.
The investment Project does not envisage raising funds from the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets.
Law Firm Vegas Lex has been the legal consultant on the Project since its inception. Currently, the Project is in full swing and we have full reasons to assert that we are providing the Client with comprehensive legal support.
In particular, we are:
- gathering and analyzing information on the Project and identifying problem zones;
- proposing legal solutions and selecting the optimal one;
- providing legal support for tenders to select the technological partner (including carrying out expert examination of the tender documentation and the contract with the technological partner).
