On 19 October, Evgeny Glumov, Project Manager with the PPP & Infrastructure Department of Vegas Lex, went on air at Russia Today in a broadcast from the 1^st Murmansk Economic Forum commenting on the development of Public-Private Partnership in Russia.

Foreign investors may take part in the PPP projects subject to an all-inclusive legal protection of investor rights provided, in particular, by the PPP Law that is most likely to be passed in 2010.
