In December 2004, Vegas-Lex attorneys won a case for our longtime client, the Rosenergoatom Concern, against Kubanenergo, JSC involving indebtedness on electrical power supplied.  The trial court ordered Kubanenergo to pay our client over 182 million rubles.

Because Kubanenergo is a subsidiary of another client of the Firm, RAO UES, the Firm obtained the written consent of both parties before taking the case.  Each party gave its written consent after carefully analyzing the subject matter of the dispute and determining that no conflict of interest existed.
