The Practice’s mission is to provide legal support in creating competitive commodity markets, developing and promoting competition, neutralizing the risks of liability for antitrust violations.

Application of regulatory acts. Advising on the application of statutory acts and regulations governing antitrust issues, including matters involving analysis and assessment of the commodity markets’ competition environment, inclusion and exclusion of business entities into/from the register of business entities occupying more than 35% of the market, procedures to be followed by antitrust authorities in performing their state duties
Participation in rule-making and public discussions. Representing companies before associations, working groups and expert councils acting as a venue for interaction between the business community and antitrust and other government authorities engaged in developing the competition policies and antitrust regulations
Our experience in forming the antitrust law enforcement practice allows our experts to be actively involved in drafting subordinate legislation and regulations on antitrust issues, including initiation of their amendments and additions by means of an effective rule-making work jointly with the government authorities.
