Participation in rule-making and public discussions. Representing companies before associations, working groups and expert councils acting as a venue for interaction between the business community and antitrust and other government authorities engaged in developing the competition policies and antitrust regulations Our experience in forming the antitrust law enforcement practice allows our experts to be actively involved in drafting subordinate legislation and regulations on antitrust issues, including initiation of their amendments and additions by means of an effective rule-making work jointly with the government authorities.
