The VEGAS LEX law firm will act as a partner of the 9^th Russian Business Week (RBW 2016), taking place from March 21–25, 2016, organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

VEGAS LEX is also a partner of the conference "Formation of the Electric Power Industry Development Strategy", held as part of RBW 2016, where VEGAS LEX experts will speak on March 21. Managing Partner Alexander Sitnikov will also take part in the RSPP convention on March 24.

During RBW 2016, representatives of the authorities and the business community will discuss issues of the tax, financial and banking systems, industrial policy and technical regulation, optimization of state control and reduction of the administrative burden, industrial ecology problems, current status and development prospects of housing construction in Russia, business and government cooperation for the sake of social stability, the new conditions and opportunities for economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region and Eurasia, and other relevant issues.

As usual, the participants will include Deputy Prime Ministers, representatives of the Presidential Executive Office and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, heads of the key ministries and agencies, members of the RSPP Bureau, heads of regional offices and branch associations of RSPP.

The winners of RSPP’s 2015 national competitions will be announced at RBW 2016, including “Russian business leaders: trends and responsibility” and the business journalism competitions*.
