VEGAS LEX on dealing with payments arrears in retail electricity marketsOn October 15, 2015 a seminar on "Economic and legal working conditions in retail electricity markets" was hosted in Moscow at the educational center NP "Market Council", and featured a senior associate of Energy practice at Vegas Lex, Yuriy Tatarinov. Yuriy Tatarinov talked about working with receivables in retail electricity markets and the limitations of power supply. He elaborated on the length of consideration for cases of arrears, the procedure for the implementation of energy restrictions, and in particular, the design of acts for technological and emergency reservations.
