Public procurement of medicines: how antitrust, judicial authorities change their vectors

On April 20, 2017, a workshop on Public procurement of medicines: key trends and risks of 2017 was held for manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals.

Manager of Life sciences projects Maria Borzova spoke about the current trends that emerged in law enforcement practice in the first quarter of 2017 and changes in the approach of law enforcers to procurement of medicines. The participants also considered practical examples of justifying the customer's need, discussed new trends in the application of the ‘the odd man out’ rule* and the practice of applying the 15% preferences.
