CRE 100 is the ranking of the most influential people in the commercial real estate market, the annual industry progress review carried out by the editors of the Commercial Real Estate magazine. In preparation of the review, the company’s activities in 2020 – early 2021 presented by a nominee (i.e. projects, achievements), the nominee’s position and expertise within the company (i.e. activities, projects, personal achievements), publicity of the person nominated for ranking (i.e. participation in conferences and seminars, accessibility and citation rate), activities within professional organizations and associations, other specific aspects that are essential to the assessment of influence (i.e. writing books, simultaneous implementation of several projects, earning professional degrees, gaining rewards, etc. were taken into account.
