Bankruptcy abuse: how to defend oneself against aggressive creditor actionsOn September 23, 2015 Alexander Vyazovik, Partner, Manager of Bankruptcy projects at VEGAS LEX, spoke at a business brunch, Personal and Corporate Bankruptcy, organized by the Korporativny Yurist (Corporate Lawyer) magazine, about protection against aggressive creditor actions.
