In September 2011, the Volga Region branch of the law firm VEGAS LEX* successfully completed a project concerning the protection of the interests of the world-famous company John Deere Water SAS, the leader in agricultural equipment production, and the largest manufacturer of construction and forestry equipment, as well as commercial vehicles for parks and lawns.

In December 2010 the Arbitration Court of Volgograd region entered a lawsuit against the peasant farm (farm "Yugay") to recover the cost of equipment and associated losses from the dealer due to the existing defects in agricultural equipment. The case carried important reputational value for John Deere Water SAS Company. The Court of First Instance dismissed the lawsuit entirely. Farm "Yugay" disagreed and made a complaint to the appellate and cassation court. However, speaking figuratively, Themis remained adamant and rejected the claim to review the judicial decisions.

A positive outcome of three hearings was made possible by a competent and detailed legal position and active participation of senior attorney Igor Gusev and attorney Artem Barashev, the experts of the Volga region branch of VEGAS LEX.
