Topics of the seminar:

I. Review of the FAS Russia’s authority when it comes to state regulation of tariffs in the sphere of:

• Services for technological connection to electric and heat supply networks.

II. Cancellation of tariffs by administrative order:

• Cancellation by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia of decisions made by state executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;
