The law firm VEGAS LEX invites you to participate in a roundtable dedicated to the problems and trends in disputes arising from bank guarantees and banking activity where lending organizations are involved.

Program:

1. Topical problems in disputes stemming from bank guarantees

• Issues involved in drafting bank guarantees, and requirements for payouts made on them

• Facts in issue in cases involving claims made on bank guarantees

• Commensurability of claims made on bank guarantees with losses incurred from the principal obligation
