VEGAS LEX Law Firm together with the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers invite you to participate in the conference "Key Trends in Contracting: Refraction of Practice in a New Environment conference", 9 November 2023 at 10:00 in Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya Hotel, Bakhrushin Hall.

The event will discuss key changes in the regulation of the construction industry and the main trends in construction contracting, taking into account current case law, as well as the issues of foreign contractors' withdrawal from contracts and the specifics of resolving disputes with them. The event is based on a comprehensive approach to discussing current issues of investment and construction projects implementation from the point of view of relations between the key participants of construction contracting: a customer (developer), a technical customer, a contractor, a project designer.
