Having been around since 1995 and putting maximum efforts to expand and develop the team, we have built up quite a substantial portfolio of case studies of successfully implemented. On account of legal VEGAS LEX complex transactions and litigation won, bills and maintenance of major investment projects.
Many business firms have a precedent and have made the history of the Russian judicial practice. Of course, these achievements would not have been possible without the close-knit, dedicated team and the opportunities that VEGAS LEX offers to develop and strengthen the skills of our employees.

Corporate Academy VEGAS LEX - a center of education and staff development, as well as outstanding law students.
Within the Academy there are two directions:
- University Relations
- Internal Relations
As part of the interaction with universities VEGAS LEX gives lectures and participates in extracurricULar programs of leading universities, organizes internships of students 2 times a year: in the winter and in the summer, where future lawyers can make the right choice of profession and practice to apply their knowledge. Academy for employees - is a system of corporate training and mentoring, in which employees are interested in attending their internal and external training courses on professional topics, mandatory training, as well as extracurricULar activities (for the development of interpersonal communication, leadership, knowledge itself, MBTI). While working on the project experienced specialists provide coaching, sharing their knowledge and wilLIngness to consULt colleagues in complex operational issues.
VEGAS LEX Academy promotes the development of professional skills and personal competencies for rapid career growth VEGAS LEX.
Internship program
The program for successfUL students of leading universities:
- Experience the work of lawyers
- It provides the abiLIty to apply the knowledge obtained in the university practice
- It helps to make the right career choice
- It promotes the acquisition of new professional skills
Formats of traineeship programs:
- Invites students of law facULties of leading universities (3-5 course with excellent resULts)
- Working with different practices allows you to try your hand at various right directions
- Students take part in trainings, seminars and corporate events for trainees
- As a resULt of the internship students, the best proven themselves during the project work, are able to continue working in VEGAS LEX as a paralegal
The duration and schedULe of training:
Winter training
- Passes for one month - in February
- Available on a fULl or part-time
- Admission resume until November 30,
Summer Internship
- It takes a period of one month - in JULy
- Available to fULl-time
- Receiving resume until April 30
Tasks interns:
- The technical and legal support Projects
- Analysis of the regULatory framework and the collection profile information
- Participation in the pre-preparation of the documentation
- Participation in the preparation of legal opinions
- Visits to the courts and the judicial and legal organizational assistance
The selection of trainees
QuaLIfying rounds are held in December and May / June and consist of 3 stages:
- Written test (in general legal knowledge and knowledge of the EngLIsh language)
- Conducting business games (in office VEGAS LEX)
- Professional mission: the creation of a memorandum on the business case (remotely)
