Protecting of the client’s interests in the court during the new hearing of the case submitted by the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District and pertaining to invalidating of the decision of the Administration of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for Moscow regarding violation of the antimonopoly laws. The invalidation of the above decision contributed to the practice of application of the antimonopoly laws in the event of imposing limitations on using electric power for the benefit of the client holding dominating positions.
