The experts will consider the matters of tariff regulation within the context of Resolution No.63 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation "On consideration by courts of disputes over energy charge in case of invalidation of the regulatory legal act that has established a regulated price", which was adopted on 27 December 2016 and became one of the most significant events in electricity-, heat-, gas- and water- supply.      Topics of discussion:            Results of application of Resolution No.63 of the Supreme Court’s Plenum within the context of settlement of disputes concerning tariff regulation            Specifics of tariff regulation taking into account amendments to current legislation            Possibility to seek compromise solutions between regulatory authorities and regulated entities            Specifics of law enforcement practices in tariff regulation          The following people are invited to participate: chief executive officers, chief legal officers, chief financial officers of major energy companies, industrial enterprises and other entities.
