The associates at VEGAS LEX Commercial group, i.e. Ksenia Podguzova, Ekaterina Trubinova and Anastasia Cheredova, spoke about the key features of the procedure of appealing decisions of antimonopoly authorities within the framework of departmental appeal of FAS Russia. The experts dwelt upon the grounds and procedure for submission and consideration of complaints taking into account the common practice, determined common mistakes when drafting complaints as well as gave practical recommendations relating to the choice of strategy and appeal procedure (judicial procedure or administrative procedure).

The VEGAS LEX experts, i.e. Dmitriy Borodin, Tatyana Dvenadtsatova and Svetlana Zherdina, clearly distinguished the legal status of operator and processor of personal data, gave recommendations for drafting a personal data processing agreement as well as pointed out the limit of liability of operator and processor. Using practice examples, the associates explained when the disclosure of personal data to third parties requires the consent of an entity.

Denis Kozhevnikov, associate at VEGAS LEX Tax practice, spoke about the new tools in the fight against tax arrangements, considered the cases of tax abuse and explained the difference between tax offence and tax crime.
