Content

Module 1. Reducing antimonopoly risks and protecting commercial secrets

As part of this module we:

  • Break down key words and expressions in greatdetail whose usage could indicate legislation that protects competition has been violated.

  • We will analyze practice examples of words and proposals and the distinctive features of vocabulary when putting phrases together; we do this to help draw up a “roadmap” to preclude any risks

  • We will conduct an analysis of the key approaches adopted to protect commercial secrets, and how to take the necessary precautions with business correspondence.

  • We will break down practical situations where antimonopoly legislative violations – and violations regarding commercial secrets - were overlooked, and the consequence engendered by these kinds of situations.

Module 2. General recommendations for business correspondence

This module will break down key rules for how to set up written communications, and the typical mistakes that are committed when writing business letters. 

Module 3. Case Study

This module presumes interacting with an audience, and analyzes several practical examples.
