DESCRIPTION:VEGAS LEX law firm with the support of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) invites you to participate in the conference "The Facets of the Future: New Challenges and Opportunities for the Realisation of Transactions with Foreign Participation".       Many foreign companies are experiencing serious uncertainty in connection with the situation in Russia due to the toughening of the sanctions agenda, which requires rethinking the formats of business interaction and the continuation of foreign companies' activities in Russia.     A separate factor of tension is the risks of owners of foreign businesses with a representative office in Russia due to recent changes in legislation and enforcement practices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and courts in the area of foreign investment regulation.    Topics for discussion:    Managing sanctions risks in transactions involving a foreign participation.   Risks and restrictions for foreign companies.   Key changes in the regulation of foreign investments.   Matters related to the possibility of collection of shares (stakes) or property of business entities of strategic importance for national defence and state security into the income of the Russian Federation in case of non-compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 57-FZ dated 29.04.2008.        The detailed programme with speakers will be published closer to the date of the conference.
