Following the results of the first six month of 2005, Vegas-Lex Law Firm is on top of the list in the category “Legal Consulting in the Sphere of Economic Law”, published by Expert Magazine. For the first six months of the year Vegas-Lex’s revenues from these activities exceeded 80 mln rubles.

“One of the main trends of the first six months of 2005 at the legal consulting market in the sphere of economic law was a steady rise in the demand for services related to the need to improve “legal purity” and “feel-good” status of investment transactions and companies, as businesses are trying to become more transparent and efficient in the Western meaning of these notions”, Alexander Sitnikov, Vegas-Lex’s partner, was quoted by “Expert” Magazine. “These trends in legal consulting development reflect the interest of Russian and foreign capital in avoiding all possible risks associated with legal components of business as well as their interest in system-level corporate restructuring”.
