The round-table discussion was held by Vegas-Lex experts in the context of new product presentation “Privatization of Land under Enterprises”, developed under “Real Estate. Land. Construction” legal practice. The round-table discussion included presentations given by Yuri Borisenko, who spoke on “Moscow Land to Buy: Problem Definition and Possible Solutions”, and Pavel Bondar, who presented a typology of problems that Moscow enterprises usually face when trying to privatize the land sites they occupy. In addition, a representative of the Moscow Plant “Sapfir” shared his experience of privatization and Olga Medvedeva, Head of Land Assessment and Land Transactions Support Service (Soyuzexpertiza Company, RF TTP), Professor of the State University of Management and a Member of the Specialized Expert Council at the Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, spoke on methods of land market valuation and difference between cadastral and market value.
