On April 10, 2006 lawyers of the Firm won the appeal proceedings in the 9th Appeal Court (Moscow) whereby the court rejected the application of OOO "Agrofirm named after V.I. Lenin" to change the means and way of execution of the earlier issued court decision; the earlier court ruling on temporary suspension of execution issued following the application of OOO "Matrix Agritex" was re-affirmed.
