New regional office was opened in Saratov on July 1, 2005. Dmitriy Bykov is appointed director of the office. Prior to becoming the head of the Firm’s office in Saratov, Dmitry was the managing partner of “Paritet”, a Saratov law firm. Before that he worked as an attorney in a number of law firms in Saratov.
