Tax dispute won for Russian Railways, JSC
In January 2005, Vegas-Lex attorneys representing Russian Railways, JSC won a lawsuit against the tax authorities on appeal in the Federal Arbitration Court for Povolzhskiy District. The court dismissed a claim against the company for a large amount of tax payments.
