The Firm offers parties in a dispute its experience in mediation, in cases where the parties remain interested in continuing to work together, but for some reason are unable to settle their differences on their own through negotiations.

In processes free of accusations, our mediator will focus on the current and future needs and interests of both sides, and also on the needs of those who will be affected by the final decision taken by the parties. In four cases out of five, the efforts of our mediators lead the parties to independently reach understanding, and are crowned by the parties signing a final agreement on their dispute.

Main lines of business

We help parties:

• To organize the negotiation process;
• To convey to each party each argument and ensure that these arguments are considered seriously;
• To isolate the objective problem from its subjective perception;
• To find and investigate available opportunities, including drawing for each party the prospects of using one option or another;
• To eliminate the most glaring contradictions and help to bring the parties’ positions closer together;
• To clearly set out understandings reached and draw up agreements that when signed become binding on both parties to the mediation.
