The module provides a detailed analysis of practical cases, as well as recommendations for levelling risks.
Module 2. Techniques that should not be used in practice 
This module describes the practical methods of advertising, the use of which is associated with risks. It also provides analysis of practical case studies and recommendations for levelling risks.
Module 3. Evidentiary base: what companies should be ready for This module describes the basic methods used by supervisory bodies as evidence of violations. Also, the characteristics of possible counter-techniques to protect the company’s positions.
Module 4. Responsibility in the field of advertising This module describes the possible strategies for levelling the risks of prosecution. An analysis of practical cases is presented.
